#8. Not understanding that feedback - from customers, suppliers, staff - is a gift.
#10. Treating dissatisfied customers as problems rather than opportunities.
Many businesses still don't get it.

ReplyDeleteI just read that list and thought of how great it would be to adapt those bloopers to the classroom.
As for #8, Students should see that feedback is a gift as well. This way they can improve on the quality of their school work.
I think this is fodder for a Teaching Tip Tuesday post. Thanks!
