This article is full of goodies. I love #8 and #10:
#8. Not understanding that feedback - from customers, suppliers, staff - is a gift.
#10. Treating dissatisfied customers as problems rather than opportunities.

Many businesses still don't get it.

    I just read that list and thought of how great it would be to adapt those bloopers to the classroom.

    As for #8, Students should see that feedback is a gift as well. This way they can improve on the quality of their school work.

    I think this is fodder for a Teaching Tip Tuesday post. Thanks!
